| Description: One of the few console ports of the classic Elite space trading series. Complicated to the point of being intimidating to someone who's never played Elite before. The game came boxed with a large manual, two books titled "Gazeteer" (Descriptions of each of the systems in the game) and "Tales of Life on the Frontier" (Basically Elite fan fiction), a map of the universe, and a quickstart guide (With the exception of the "Tales" book, these are all very useful for playing the game, though not completely necessary). This game also supports a mouse and keyboard. Due to the complexity of the game, a keyboard is HIGHLY recommended. There is also a German version of this game, with all the included books being entirely in German (Is the game also in German? Not sure). Some versions of this game might not include jewel case inserts, but it's unclear which. |
