Description: An expander that sits underneath the CD32 and provides: internal 3.5" disk drive, Parallel port, Serial port (25 pin), RGB video port, Floppy drive port, 3.5" IDE port (and room to mount a 3.5" hard drive inside), 72-pin SIMM socket (up to 8MB), a PC-AT keyboard port (which you'll have to use, since the CD32's AUX port will be disabled), a battery backed clock, a socket for a 68882 FPU, and a pass-through for the FMV Module. Note that this came with a special connector to link the base to the CD32 itself, and is useless without it. It also has a power connector for a regular Amiga power supply, though this is optional (Might be necessary if you're using a lot of hardware). | |
